So this weekend was a BALL. We mostly sat around and spoke of politics and art. John, unfortunately, is a full on conservative. But that's okay. I love him anyways.Gay marriage, I do believe, is NOT a sin, it should NOT be against the law, in fact, I'm not only indifferent, I'm for it. Why should straight people care? They get to marry their choice of partner, why can't a homosexual? Even though it's not normal to them, difference is part of what makes humans beautiful, isn't it?

What is the line between art and immature humor and disgust? John brought up and artist; Aliza Shvarts. An extremist, I would say. She purposely impregnated herself nine times and took abortion pills to insinuate miscarriages and put them on display to make a statement. Art? Grotesque act of attention?

Anyways, the true news is that my weekend was full of intense conversations and some crazy skinny dipping.

hahahaha Oh God. It was definitely an insane weekend. I hope this summer is just like that. I hope every night I am able to be with all my friends at the same time. I love every one of them, I really do.

Actually, Im not for Gay Marriage at all. and its not because I do not believe in the rights of gay men or women. I believe that there should be a civil union for people of that type to share the same rights are that of a married couple, but marriage is a RELIGIOUS ceremony between a man and a woman. This is God's word, and should be respected as such. Im not saying they shouldnt have the same rights, because they should, but it is not Marriage as defined by God, and those religious reasons are the basis of any and all marriages.
i want to go back to that night.
