Hello Wednesday Night

I have so many new friends. Everyone seems to come in and out at once. A load of new friends, and then they're gone, another bunch of new friends, then goodbye. But I don't mind, I love change, keep it comin. This is Joshy. I enjoy his company loads.
School is out in two weeks. Junior year was interesting. I can't ever decide if I truly enjoyed a school year until the year is over and done with. I'm, honestly, not sure about this one. I can't decide. But what I do know...is that I have exactly one year until I will be on a plane to Sweden.
Sweden will be a huge adventure. My best friend lives there and she is one in a million. We're going backpacking through Europe after I arrive and make myself at home. I can't wait to get out of Plano and be done with high school.
I write a lot now. Now that I have plenty to think over. I am growing more and more independent and loving each footstep towards full knowledge of myself and my surroundings. Of course, that will never truly happen, but with everyday comes knowledge.
I decided I need to find new things to keep myself centered and calm. I read a lot about Taoism. I listen to a lot of music. I lay in the sun. I smile at everyone.
"It is because of its emptiness that the room is useful. Therefore, what is present is used for profit. // But it is absence that there is usefulness."
Tao Te Ching makes me stop and think about the world and how it works. I recently discovered our government is an interesting and horrible system. But I'll go into that another time.

I hope that one day we all stop to realize humans truly are amazing, and happy, and intelligent, and beautiful.

"No matter how much you manipulate. You can never possess the world."
